'The reason I chose to market my property with Your Move, and not to market with other estate agents, is due to the highly commendable way in which Sophie has dealt with me during my several telephone conversations with her during one week.

I wanted to arrange viewings on two properties for Saturday 18th February and spoke with Sophie about this on Friday 17th February. Sophie:

• Left me a voicemail message at the exact time she promised on Friday 17th

• Left full details of the house numbers and consecutive times for viewings (between the times I had requested)

• Rang me on the day of the viewings to explain the first viewing was later than that specified

• Provided a valid reason for this

• Confirmed she would ring the second vendor to let them know why we would be viewing later than arranged

When we arrived at the second viewing the vendor confirmed she had received a call from Sophie to confirm that the first vendor had been running late. Each time I have spoken with Sophie during last week she has been extremely helpful and has returned a call·at the exact time she promised to return the call.

During the past 3 - 4 weeks I have spoken with other estate agents to request viewings on several properties. I have been promised return calls (which never happened) then had to chase up again for viewings. Each of the estate agents was eager to put my property on the market and I did have two other quotes. However, as I did not receive a very good service as a potential buyer when wanting to view properties I concluded that those agents would deal with viewings for my property in exactly the same way i.e. inefficiently.

To come across Sophie has been a refreshing change. I know that these days everyone expects a good service. Sophie has provided a superior customer service and has over exceeded my expectations. She deserves a pat on the back for this. I am sure you are aware that Sophie is a valuable member of your team and well deserving of praise for her efficiency, her professional manner and helpful positive attitude.'

A letter received by regional received this glowing report:

Recently my daughter purchased a property in Calne. The agent that handled the sale is Linda Powell. The circumstances of the purchase were far from straight forward as my daughter lives in The Falkland Islands.

Samantha and her teenage daughters came to the UK last August with just four weeks to find a suitable property. However, that property was found, done and dusted within the space of seven days - all thanks to Linda.

Samantha returned to The Falklands leaving the incidentals of the purchase with Linda. The purchased breezed through. I met Linda at the viewing and immediately struck up a rapport of complete trust. I now have sole charge of the property for the next year until Samantha leaves the Falklands to take-up residence, once again far from straight forward as I live between London and the north west.

On completion I was in the north west. Linda spent two days helping me to deal with what was necessary to get the house up and running in my daughter’s name. This week for the first time I have managed to visit Calne. Not being familiar with the area I once again threw myself at Linda's mercy. Linda has the patience of a saint.

The after-sale care from this office is second to none, going way beyond what can reasonably be expected. My trust in this gracious lady has proved to be well founded.

I leave Calne not knowing whence I shall return without any concern for the property as Linda is but a phone call away. To my daughter and myself this is PRICELESS!

If all business was conducted in this wholesome manner then less businesses would fail. I must mention the little fairy that is Haley. A little pocket sweetie whose telephone manner can only be outshone by her smile and a big hug.

A big thank you from your good-self to these lovely ladies is forth-coming. You are indeed blessed with this duo.

‘On Friday the 17th June, the sale of our property completed. I feel the need to write this e-mail to show our gratitude to two of your employees in the Garston branch - Keith and Ali.

I've sold 3 properties in London but never have we been treated and looked after like this. Right from the beginning they were both very professional and extremely friendly. I have known Ali from a previous sale of a property in the Watford area (this is now the second property he has sold for me, so you can imagine he is far and above our best sales agent).

The paperwork and advertising for the house was done extremely quickly and a buyer was found in 2 weeks (amazing in today's market at a price we were looking for). Although you may argue, this is their job - but it felt different for us, they really were out for our best interest and understood the need for urgency as we were relocating to California.

I cannot express how well we were kept informed of everything that was going on in London. I can say conclusively that the property was sold entirely due to Keith's and Ali's dedication and influencing skills. During the process, not once did they not reply back to messages within 24 hours or call back when requested - as you can imagine with an 8-hour difference in timing this called for out of hours communication.

I will forever recommend these guys in Watford to anyone selling their property (I have quite a lot of family/ friends in the area). They are a real asset to the company - for me it is them as people that makes me recommend Your Move.’

Sold in 5 weeks!

May 2011

The original valuation was in March 2010 and after many calls from George McKillen, Branch Manager and a spell of renting her property with another agent (which the customer said was a nightmare) she decided to sell. As Your Move had been the only agent to keep in touch she listed with the Falkirk branch and sold in only 5 weeks!

She was delighted and the timing couldn’t be better as she is just about to be married on Thursday. The vendor said 'I can’t believe it. I’m so looking forward to going on honeymoon with the contentment of knowing my property has sold'.

A card and box of chocolates was delivered to the Falkirk branch on Saturday by a very happy and contented seller.
