YOUR MOVE complies with the Solicitors Introduction and Referral Code published by the Law Society and the law firm to whom YOUR MOVE may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another law firm if you so wish. We are founder members of The Property Ombudsman, there to protect your interest.

Disbursements are paid to third parties by a conveyancer or solicitor as part of the conveyancing process. They are necessary payments and both buyers and sellers will be faced with some disbursements. The total amounts involved do vary from case to case and are dependent on whether you are buying, selling, or remortgaging a property.
