The staff in Swinton are so professional, pro active and really get the job done! My house received 2 offers within a week of going on the market! Not only did it sell quickly, best and final offers were negotiated and I got 5k above the asking price! Lynn, Cath and Leah kept my informed of any viewings and feedback. Since the sale was agreed, Leah has updated me on the sales progress, she’s really on the ball! My house is vacant and it’s a 3 hours drive to the office. So, from the moment I dropped my keys off the whole process has been dealt with by Your Move on my behalf. It’s been stress free and I couldn’t recommend using Your Move enough!
