Whichever lettings service a landlord chooses from YOUR MOVE, we’ll give you a crystal clear landlord agreement at the beginning so you know exactly what’s included.
As part of the tenant finder service from YOUR MOVE, we’ll find the landlord a tenant and organise a tenancy agreement. However the landlord will be responsible for collecting rent and organising maintenance of the property.
YOUR MOVE Lettings will get you started with the absolute essentials, leaving the landlord with just the day to day running of the let.

If a landlord selects our Rent Collection lettings service, YOUR MOVE Lettings will not only find you a suitable tenant but we’ll also take care of collecting monthly rental payments on behalf of a landlord. All a landlord needs to do is organise the maintenance of the rental property.

YOUR MOVE Lettings will take care of finding a tenant, collecting rent, organising maintenance – in fact almost everything. From day one to the end of the tenancy when anything needs sorting, your tenant simply rings us, not the landlord.
