Property Description
This is a substantial six bedroom family home offered for sale by Your Move in Canterbury. Offering wonderful far reaching views across Whitstable Bay from its elevated position, we strongly recommend a viewing at your earliest opportunity. The presentation internally is as impressive as the curb appeal of the exterior. The accommodation starts with a well proportioned entrance hall giving access to all ground floor rooms plus a turning staircase to the first floor. The ground floor accommodation comprises lounge, dining room, ground floor w.c and a kitchen/breakfast room with integral appliances. To the first floor there is stairs to the second floor and access to four bedrooms (one featuring an en-suite shower room) plus a family bathroom. The second floor offers two bedrooms and a contemporary style shower room. Externally there are front and rear gardens, an attached garage and a driveway for two cars.
Location
The property is located within a cul de sac to the fringes of Whitstable, offering close proximity to Tesco's 24 hour superstore, whilst Whitstable train station is approximately 1.2 miles away. Aurelie Way can be found just off of the A2990 which gives a direct link to Herne Bay or Whitstable town centre whilst also giving access to the A299 Thanet Way which gives road access to Canterbury and Dover via the A2 or London via the M2. It's elevated position offers excellent panoramic views from the first and second floors stretching from the Isle of Sheppey round to the Wind Turbines off of Herne Bay. Blean Woods can be found nearby, a must visit place for a relaxing stroll or an intense off road cycling work out! We strongly recommend this area of Whitstable for its off the beaten track location that's still in touch with local services and amenities.
Our View
Beautifully presented and well maintained, this is a wonderful family home. The second floor gives the option of using one of the rooms as an office or dressing room. If I was working from home, I cannot think of a better window to look out of! In fact, any room that has views like the views this property can offer, could prove inspirational. That's what we like about this house. It has the flexibility to use the top floor for bedrooms or some kind of recreational or work related purpose, all the while having a pleasant back drop of Whitstable Bay with its iconic sunsets. The vendors have clearly looked after their home and the presentation is superb. The specification offers everything you would come to expect from a property of this size and we strongly recommend viewing as soon as possible!
