  • we’ll handle all negotiations with the seller for you

  • there are several factors a seller will consider when deciding whether to accept your offer, including:
    • the amount of your offer
    • your position (eg first time buyer, property to sell, sold subject to contract, etc)
    • whether you’ve taken steps to arrange a mortgage
    • the implications of the chain, if there is one
    • we’ll confirm all offers in writing within one working day. In Scotland, the principal offer is sent to the seller’s solicitor, with a copy to the seller
