All wrapped up for Christmas
YM XmasBlog

The perceived wisdom is that it takes five months to see, agree and buy a house. However this is not necessarily true. In September we sold a number of properties almost as soon as they came onto the market to buyers in a position to do the deal quickly and this trend has continued into October. We have a high number of buyers registered with us who want to move now and expect to be in their new home for Christmas.

How can we achieve this?

By educating the buyers on what they need to do before viewing and then helping them every step of the way to move efficiently, but quickly. Our expert panel of conveyancers are geared up to get people moved quickly and even offer an express service dedicated to buyers where the seller is not moving on.

So, with just over 10 weeks to go, you can be in by Christmas if you're buying. Just as importantly, if you are selling and you have somewhere to go, or you are not buying on, there is a real possibility you could be out of your old house by Christmas.

If you are renting, or want to rent, you still have loads of time to be in for Christmas. There is every possibility we will have you moved in before November, never mind Christmas. Keep your eye on our new listings by registering to receive email updates. We have some fantastic properties to rent at the moment, search for them here:
