The shortlist recognises the dedication of our people, the strength of our local branches and our commitment to providing an excellent service to customers and communities across the country.

## Celebrating success across our network

Our 2026 shortlist places are:

- Rising Star of the Year
- Community Champion of the Year
- Regional Agency of the Year – South East
- Regional Agency of the Year – East Midlands and West Midlands
- Regional Agency of the Year – North East and North West
- Estate Agency of the Year

The Community Champion of the Year nomination is particularly meaningful. Our branches are firmly rooted in the areas they serve, and our colleagues continually find ways to support local people and organisations. Being shortlisted reflects the important role our teams play beyond helping customers move home.

With regional nominations spanning the South East, the Midlands, the North East and the North West, the shortlist also demonstrates the breadth and consistency of the service provided across the franchise.

## What are the Negotiator Awards?

Established 19 years ago, The Negotiator Awards are among the UK property industry’s leading independent awards. Entries are assessed by a panel of industry experts and peers through a robust judging process designed to recognise quality, integrity and exceptional service.

The 2026 awards attracted another record-breaking number of entries, making our six shortlist places an achievement of which everyone can be proud.

Being recognised in the Estate Agency of the Year category is a particularly significant endorsement of the hard work taking place across our network. From the personal service delivered in individual branches to the expertise and resources available across our brands, every colleague has played a part in reaching this milestone.

## Thank you to our customers and colleagues

These nominations would not have been possible without the dedication of our teams and the continued trust of our customers.

Whether supporting a first-time buyer, helping a family take its next step, guiding a seller through the market or contributing to a community initiative, our colleagues work hard to deliver a knowledgeable and personal service.

We would like to congratulate every team involved in this year’s shortlist. We would also like to thank our customers for choosing us to support them through some of life’s biggest decisions.

The winners will be announced at The Negotiator Awards Gala Dinner at Grosvenor House in London on 27 November 2026.
