Two huge milestones for Your Move staff

May 26, 2016Categories: CareersTags: milestone

Kelly Simpkin started with Your Move 15 years ago as a Sales Consultant in our Leamington Spa branch. She soon moved on to become our top performing Valuation Manager in the old 'Central Division' based in our Nuneaton branch.

Commanding fees of over 2%, her listing performance really helped push the branch forwards to making significant profits year after year.

Kelly's next move was into our Bedworth branch as the Branch Manager. She soon turned the branch from big losses to big profits and took market share and the competition by storm. The following year, Kelly also took on managing the Coalville branch in Leicestershire along with Bedworth as a Senior Branch Manager.

Eventually Kelly went through the 'ASM Assessment Centre' and was appointed her first Area Sales Manager role, running five branches across the Warwickshire/Leicestershire area. Two years later, ASM became Area Sales Director and Kelly now runs 11 branches for us across the Midlands.

"Having worked with Kelly for most of the 15 years she has been employed by us, I can honestly say she is one of the hardest working individuals I have come across. Her tenacious 'can do' attitude is one of her strongest attributes. Always one to want to trial new things, marketing, training, expansion of territory etc, she is always looking for new opportunities to help improve her business.

"Thank you so much for all of your hard work and contribution to the business over the last 15 years Kelly."

Tracy Williamson started with 'General Accident Property Services' as a trainee Sales Consultant 30, yes THIRTY years ago, in our Eastwood office.

"I have had the pleasure of working with Tracy for at least 15 years of her 30 years service. Apparently our current Queen has seen 12 Prime Ministers come and go during her reign....... I dread to think how many different Branch Managers / Area Managers Tracy has seen come and go during her 30 years!

"The number of times I've asked her to take on the Manager's role herself, I've lost count of. Tracy has always told me her skills and her enjoyment of the job comes from being on front desk, helping customers and nailing the sales result.

"Well, I honestly think there can't be many people employed in our company who will have sold more houses, helped more customers, given more loyalty to our business than Tracy. Thank you so much for all of your hard work/loyalty/results Tracy over the many years you've worked for us."

Huge congratulations to you both. Enjoy the extra annual leave you've each accrued this year - you certainly deserve it!!
