## Our tenant fees

When you rent a property in England through an Assured Periodic Tenancy (APTs), you sometimes need to make certain payments. When you are interested in a property, please ask a member of staff for a full breakdown of permitted payments that may be payable before, during and after a tenancy.

## Our selling fees

When you sell a house through Your Move Perton, you won't pay us any Agency Fee until you complete the sale.

The Agency Fee we charge is based on a number of factors. We offer either a % fee or a fixed amount option and we will discuss this with you when we [value your property](https://www.your-move.co.uk/property-valuation). The Agency Fee will also vary if we are one of two or more agents selling the property.
