Buyers

We have a network of connected branches across the UK. This means we can do a full match to your requirements and you will be the first to know about anything new that comes to the market that suits your needs. Our partners Embrace Financial Services can provide mortgage and life insurance services to all buyers. We can also deal with the conveyancing so you can keep everything in house.

Tenants

Your Move Radcliffe has a range of properties available to let and are ARLA registered so you know you are protected. We use official tenancy deposit schemes for all properties and have a Head Office to assist with any post-move-in issues.

Sellers

We offer a comprehensive marketing service to our vendors that go above and beyond that of our competitors. Your Move use a range of property portals including Rightmove and Zoopla. We have a unique matching process to ensure all properties are sent to specific buyers and we also offer a Showcase Marketing Pack that makes properties 'stand out from the crowd'. We have a tried and tested vendor contact system to keep everyone who is selling a property updated on their progress a minimum of every 30 days. This will include updates on Internet reports, photographs, marketing strategies and general feedback. We aim to deliver detailed viewing feedback the day after a viewing takes place.

Whether you are a landlord with portfolio of properties, just looking for your first buy-to-let or thinking about renting your family home out – we can help with the process.

We have three levels of service ranging from just an introduction to the tenant through to a fully managed service including maintenance.

We advertise properties in the local press and on all major web portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and have a unique tenant matching service which matches your property to tenants from our network of connected branches across the UK, giving you a greater coverage than smaller agents.

Being ARLA registered and doing comprehensive referencing, we make sure that you are protected at all times.
