# Your Move Watford Hi, I'm Scott Parsons, the Senior Branch Manager of Your Move, Watford. Our sales and lettings teams are based in the heart of Watford’s town centre. Your Move covers all areas of the town and its surrounding villages. We have all lived and worked in the area for many years and therefore have widespread knowledge of the local Watford property market. Our branch has been successfully supporting people to move home in Watford for over 30 years! The Watford branch is based on The Parade in Watford Town Centre, on the corner with the walkway to Sainsbury's, so is conveniently located for customers to come in and visit us. Our LED window display wraps around the building offering vendors a prime location for passing buyers to notice their property. We have a wide range of services we can offer you so if you are looking to sell, buy, let or rent a property in or around Watford we have the expertise in branch to support you and to answer any queries you may have. We can also introduce you to our mortgage advisor via our partners at Embrace financial services and our panel of conveyances with a no move no legal fee. Why not get in touch to find out more and experience, for yourself, the impeccable level of service we strive to provide. ## Branch details - Address: Monmouth House 99 The Parade, High Street, Watford, WD17 1LN - Telephone: 01923 223 372 - Branch type: Sales and lettings ## Opening times - Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 18:00 - Saturday: 09:00 - 16:00 - Sunday: Closed ## Explore this branch - [About us](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford) - [Property for sale](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/find-property-for-sale) - [Property for rent](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/find-property-for-rent) - [Contact Us](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/contact-us) - [Our fees](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/fees) - [Reviews](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/reviews) - [Landlord services](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/lettings-services) - [Local area guide](https://www.your-move.co.uk/estate-agent/watford/local-area-guide) ## Your Move Watford are award winners [ ![Your Move is a Best Estate Agent Guide Award Winner for Sales in 2026.](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/award/12_13.jpg?v=56691) **Winner Sales**Best Estate Agent Guide 2026 ](https://www.your-move.co.uk/blog/winners-best-estate-agent-guide-sales-2026) ![Community Champion of the Year - 2025](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/award/12_14.jpg?v=28933) **The Negotiator Awards**Community Champion of the Year Bronze 2025 ![Your Move is a Best Estate Agent Guide Award Winner for Sales in 2025](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/award/12_1.jpg?v=39349) **Excellent Sales**Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 ![Agents Giving Award](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/award/12_12.jpg?v=50424) **Agents Giving Fundraising**Winner 2024 ![Your Move is a Best Estate Agent Guide Award Winner for Lettings in 2024](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/award/12_4.jpg?v=39801) **Excellent Lettings**Best Estate Agent Guide 2024 [ ![Agents Giving Fundraising Champions Awards 2026](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/award/12_17.jpg?v=35102) **Fundraising Champions Awards Winner 2026**Agents Giving ](https://www.your-move.co.uk/blog/nhm-wins-two-agents-giving-awards) ![Curious about how much your home is worth?](https://www.your-move.co.uk/uploads/asset_image/2_5472.png?v=57674) ## Curious about how much your home is worth?
