Sellers

Your property will be promoted on the Your Move website and various portals.

Our sellers are contacted 24 hours after viewings have taken place on their property and given feedback and we will regularly be in touch to discuss the progress of your sale. We also offer accompanied viewings on vacant property (during business hours).

Sellers can also rest assured that all offers they receive on their property have been financially qualified by our experienced financial adviser, and should sellers also require mortgage advice for their onward purchase, then our financial adviser would be delighted to go through the comprehensive range of mortgage deals that we have access to.

Landlords

Your Move offers three levels of service: Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Fully Managed.

We have also introduced Landlord and Tenant Portals, which allows the landlord or tenant to check the progress of or current circumstances of their let. This provides greater transparency for all concerned.

Landlords looking to expand their portfolios are updated with any properties that might be of interest and what rent income they can expect to achieve from them. New or prospective landlords are guided through the process and advised and supported every step of the way.

Buyers

Buyers registering with Your Move in Whickham do so in the knowledge that they are dealing with a company who prides themselves in being as helpful and knowledgeable as possible. With a network of connected branches across the UK, we have a wealth of properties to suit all requirements and budgets. We can provide all the support a buyer could need, from financial advice on mortgages and protection to conveyancing and local knowledge from our sales team. Buyers can also benefit from registering for updates online should they find this useful.

Tenants

We can provide tenants with advice on the areas they are looking to rent in, update them on availability and affordability. We can also provide advice on covering and protecting their income so that, in the in the unfortunate event they are unable to work through ill health, their rent will be paid.
