Being new to the whole process we found the information provided was great but also the time taken to go through everything with me and my partner was much appreciated. We didn’t find anything with them, but the information they gave us meant that we were prepared when we did find our first rental home. From the valuation, we found Derek to be very friendly and knowledgeable and he spent time really looking at the property, talking us through how he arrived at his valuation and a sales strategy. On top of that, the commission was also the most competitive of any agents we looked at, so we opted to go with them. Derek and the Your Move team worked to build a profile for the right buyer and were able to get us an offer on our property for the full asking price within 2 weeks of our property being listed on the market. What then followed was an incredibly challenging sale process which Derek handled admirably. Due to personal circumstances with our buyers and difficulties with their solicitors, we were put under a great deal of pressure throughout the sale process and had to deal with several issues including a couple of occasions where the sale was on the verge of falling through. Derek went above and beyond to manage the expectations of our buyers, work with solicitors and negotiate these challenges to ensure that we could successfully complete on the purchase within a timeline that worked for our onward purchase and was practical and achievable for our family. This was a big move for us as we were leaving the area and Derek made it as smooth as possible through what was a very challenging sale process. Derek was communicative throughout and really easy to get on with. Thank you Derek and the Your Move team for all of your help! ![Google](https://www.your-move.co.uk/images/google.svg) Oliver Maurice 1 month ago Review of Your Move Northumberland Heath ![Google](https://www.your-move.co.uk/images/google.svg) Oliver Maurice 1 month ago Review of Your Move Northumberland Heath ![Google Review Score 5](https://www.your-move.co.uk/images/review_star_google_5.png) Myself and my wife had the pleasure of meeting Fiona recently.
