### How do you value a rental property?

One of our expert Your Move property valuers will visit your property and let you know what the rental value of your property could be. A letting agent will take several factors into consideration to provide an accurate current market value for your rental income

The rental value of a property is calculated by taking into consideration several factors such as, the condition, location and size of the property, the expected demand for the property as well as how many occupants the property can house.
