Alison makes the whole process easy and holds your hand the entire way!
As first time buyers my partner and I were prepared for a stressful journey before getting our house, having heard from a number of friends the difficulties that come along the way. Having Alison has basically made the whole process stress free. She is so organised and a great communicator and she constantly keeps us informed. As I have been partly furloughed in my work we were worried that our plan of buying the house we wanted wouldn’t work out but Alison was able to get us a mortgage with a fantastic lender and a great rate. We experienced difficulties where we had to renegotiate our house price on the back of advice from a survey, she was able to talk us through this and guided us with exactly how to deal with everything. Even after we have received our mortgage offer she is not done, but is still working to talk us through the best life insurance, critical illness and home insurance deals (including what everything means and what we should be looking for). In addition she will be in contact with us until we move in to ensure the solicitor has everything on their part and that the whole process is moving along the way it should. Any questions we have we just pick up the phone and there’s never too long before she picks up the phone to check in anyway. If like me and my partner you hate adulting and would rather have the hard parts completed for you and be guided through the whole process with someone to hold your hand then I highly recommend hiring Alison!
