## What is an instant rental valuation?

An instant rental valuation will give you an estimate of how much rental income you can expect from a property based on the postcode and the number of bedrooms in the property.

## How accurate is an online rental valuation?

Fairly accurate. We use data from the land registry about the type of property it is, and where it is located, as well as recently let property prices in that area to provide an estimated rental income for a property. This can be a good place to start if you are considering becoming a landlord and renting out a property.

## How does it work?

### 1. Complete the Online Rental Valuation Form

Simply enter the postcode of the property you want a rental valuation done for and select the house number from those suggested. You will then be asked how many bedrooms the property has.

### 2. Provide your Contact Information

You will then be asked for your contact details so we can send you the rental valuation by email.

### 3. Your Valuation Report

You will be given an instant rental valuation for the property on your screen. As this is an estimated rental income amount, you will be given the option to then book an appointment with your local Your Move letting agent to get a more accurate valuation.
