IMPORTANT NOTE TO RENTERS All Properties are available on a Private Residential tenancy Agreement, Pets may be allowed by express permission of the landlord, also some landlords prefer no children or smokers. Prospective tenant must satisfy a credit reference and a previous landlords reference if applicable ( credit, business bank and accountants references in the case of self-employed or company tenancies). Groups may be granted a tenancy with the approval of the landlord. Applicants claiming or in receipt of certain benefits are acceptable at the discretion of the landlord and only to students who are backed by a guarantors. A security deposit of at least a month's rent is required. rent is to be paid one month in advance. An application deposit is payable when an application is submitted and this amount is incorporated in to the total monies due at check in, or refunded in full if the tenancy does not go ahead .It is the tenant's responsibility to insure any personal possessions. Payment of all utilities or metered supply and Council Tax is the responsibility of the tenant in every case.
