Having recently worked with Laura at Dumfries, I have successfully found a suitable tenant for my flat. Laura was a pleasure to work with, very professional whilst friendly and always kept me up to speed with all the progress and steps to get to final key handover. I used the tenant find package and this took the stress and hassle out of things for me. Recommend this service and Laura was great.

After some stressful times with other estate agents, we were delighted to come across Your Move Blackheath and, in particular, Poppy Black! She made the entire process of finding and installing our tenant a breeze. She was very helpful, really went above and beyond to helpfully remind us of things we needed to do at certain times and check in with our process. She was always very friendly and approachable, so I never felt like a burden when I emailed her with questions etc. I also appreciated her honest answers - she wasn't there to squeeze money out of us or just get the job done - she was very genuine and helped us save a bit of money where we really needed it, and we are very happy with the tenant she found for us. Finally, we really appreciated using an agent who offers a Tenant Find service, which suited our needs best. So - a heartfelt recommendation, through and through!
