Victoria valued my property and provided an in-depth review of everything, as well as promptly providing me with a valuation letter for my information. Victoria followed up to make sure i had all the information I needed and was very clear and precise. I can honestly say she really knew her stuff! I rented out my property for about 8 years via Your Move, until I was in a position to sell it.
I don’t really have a positive view of estate agents but I will say Chris Warren has been solid, truthful and dependable the whole time Ive worked with him.
The team in the office have been great with me this last 12 months. They are so quick and adaptive, they don’t fill your head with magic and have realistic ideas of prices and market conditions.
I hope I never need to sell again, but if I did I would use Chris.
