I can only commend Your Move in Chester-le-Street. Compared to all the other estate agents I have dealt with in Durham and Chester-le-Street they are certainly the very best in the area.
In my case they had to sell a lovely end of terrace house (That I will miss) at short notice because the tenants had left. What is more, I actually live in Dunedin, Otago, which is in New Zealand, having left the UK 4 years ago.
Over a distance of 21,000kms the team did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop and appraised of the situation. They were professional yet friendly and a treat to deal with whilst getting the job done.
If you are thinking of buying and selling in the Chester-le-Street and North Durham area, use Your Move; they are truly the best option.
