Everything was done at pace and efficiently. I knew exactly what the service provided would be, including costs, from marketing to showing the property (if needed), identifying potential buyers and proactively following up interest. I needed a lawyer and was pleased the team could offer names of firms (I chose one, who were very good).
Cormac was my primary contact and was first class. He had an endless supply of suggestions and ideas and was great at talking to potential purchasers. He was always upbeat, both when purchasing and selling. But he was equally realistic when talking about potential buyers- I felt I got honest and well-judged assessments of prospective buyers.
Vicki came out to assess the house and sort out the marketing. Again, she knew her stuff, which gave me confidence that we were going to get the best marketing for the house.
All the way through the process I was kept informed and included in discussions. They were very professional but with room for humour, which was needed at a few moments! They know the area like the back of their hands and added value because of that when I was buying.
I can’t recommend the team highly enough. Buying and selling a home is stressful but Cormac and Vicki took a lot of the pressure off me - and got my sale and purchase over the line in the space of 8 weeks. No mean feat!
