All the staff are extremely friendly and professional. There seems to be a great team dynamic which inspires confidence - if people are happy in their work, they tend to do it well. I know it's a team effort (ably led by Steve), but on this occasion I would like to give a particular shout out for Rebekah Druce who has so sensitively and professionally handled our various queries, following the passing of my Dad. She has always been quick to respond and to follow up on actions when required. She is very balanced and pragmatic while at the same time, always taking our personal preferences into consideration. No wonder Dad liked them all so much!
