We sold our house with Your Move Oswestry. Steve came out to appraise and advise us of the likely outcome. Though there was little initial interest, after a small reduction in price several people came to view and an offer came in, then a better one. After negotiation it seemed that they were no longer interested but thanks to Sam's patient work, the couple viewed again and eventually, after months of to and fro from the solicitors, completion is on Tuesday !
