Tunstall Branch- A****
Ian Minton and the staff at the Tunstall Stoke-on-Trent branch are not actually our Estate Agents, but in fact selling the property we are buying. As a complicated Leasehold sale, they have had to endure more phone calls and emails than most estate agents could bear!! They have been worth their weight in Gold and have put a great deal of extra effort into solving our problems- all done most politely and with immense patience. I have to say that if ever we are in a position where we need an Estate Agent in future (although I hope not!) Your-Move Tunstall would be my very first port of call. I couldn't blame them if they left the phone ringing and unanswered, if that were the case!! Very many thanks to Ian, the Manager, and all the team. I would Highly Recommend this branch.

They kept us regularly updated every step of the way, even when things were outside of their control, which we really appreciated. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and offered helpful advice whenever we needed it, particularly regarding the home survey. It's been reassuring to have such a friendly and supportive team guiding us through the process. We can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend Your Move Sittingbourne!
