It was the first time I have sold a house and especially as The house belonged to my father I was his executor. They helped me by keeping me right what needed to be done from needing probate forms I needed to fill in. Everyone was help full but especially Denice and Katrina. I am hoping everything will be finalised soon. I definitely recommend Your Move for excellent service.

What do valuers look for when valuing a house in the UK?
