Your Move Darwen are an amazing team. We all know moving is a stressful time. This team were nothing but kind to me during what was the worst experience of moving I have ever had. Due to a very bad conveyancing company my first sale never happened. The company concerned Davisons were totally incompetent. They gave myself and the man I was buying from a completion date but failed to set same up with my buyer, who then refused to sign. This happened days before christmas and left a sick old man virtually homeless, sleeping on the floor. He was moving to a furnished new home so had skipped everything he'd owned. I was in a similar situation living out of boxes at my daughters My dog was in kennels but only until the 20th. The Your move team did above and beyond to try and make the move happen. Staff were running around for me with documents, on their own time. They're all exceptionally caring people who will go out of their way to help. I aborted the sale in the end and put the bungalow back on the market. I am settled again now and staying put in my home town. I wouldn't hesitate to use/ recommended this team though even though i am no longer in Darwen. My daughter was well impressed too and says she's using them for her next purchase.

The Carlisle team proved to be professional and good to their word throughout the protracted process. It was a difficult process for a number of unrelated reasons, but they demonstrated efficiency, wisdom and friendliness throughout. I dont often write 5 star reviews but in this case the way Rachel and the team helped make this happen by taking on matters and ensuring good communication with all parties, with patience and consistent friendliness meant this one is deserved.

We were taken under the wing of the Manager of the Elgin Branch of Your Move and could not have had a better person. He was thoroughly professional and nothing appeared to be too much bother. My constant phone calls and queries were answered in such a way as to take away many of our worries. The pictures of the house were excellent and no doubt were a great help in selling our property. There were 6 viewings arranged, but the house went on the first day.Fantastic.
