This offer is available to existing landlords who upgrade from a Tenant find service (letbasic) to a fully managed service (letcomplete) with your move Edward rose between 22nd August 2026 and 31st October 2026.

The promotion is available only to the following participating Your move Edward rose branches: Camborne, Dawlish, Newton Abbot, Plymouth, Southampton, Southsea, Torquay, Waterlooville.

To qualify, a fully managed/letcomplete terms of business Agreement must be signed before 31st October 2026.

Eligible landlords will receive a management fee of 8% (plus Vat where applicable), fixed until 30th June 2027.

The reduced management fee applies only to the qualifying Property/properties transferred to fully managed/letcomplete d uring the promotional period.

The offer includes one complimentary routine property visit per qualifying property, to be carried out within the normal Inspection schedule.

The offer also includes one complimentary rent review per qualifying property, to be completed within 12 months of the commencement of the fully managed/letcomplete service.

From 1st July 2027, the management fee will revert to the branch's standard fully managed/letcomplete fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or incentive unless agreed by your move Edward Rose.

The offer has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
