The Dunfermline branch were more than helpful when I was selling my house. From the very start, I won’t lie, I was anxious about having a bad experience as iv heard so many stories of people’s dealings with big companies - but my experience has been far from that! Everyone in the office has been hugely friendly and kind to me, helpful and thorough with the work needing done, no fuss or faffing, iv never once had to chase them up or ask questions, as theyve been on the ball and thorough with all they’ve done. Even every phone call (with viewings, is quite often) was met with such a friendly hello. Honestly I can’t recommend these guys enough, the process from start to end has been the easiest thing ever and it’s been a genuine pleasure to work with this team for the last months ☺️

Pleased to be able to contribute a positive review for the Dunfermline branch, especially as our tenancy comes to an end. It has been over 2 years since we moved into the property and Mathew has been consistently communicative and on top of all issues we notified him of. We appreciated that this 1:1 management allowed us to build up an acquaintance over that time. It also meant a lot that he made time for cuddles with our dog during his visits, as she can be a bit nervous with people in her space. All in all, the Dunfermline branch restored my good opinion of letting agencies in general. Wishing Mathew all the best for the future :)

My experience of your move has been very positive, even though my house sale has not completed yet . Suzanne has been there for me every step of the way. My house sale has been littered with problems , it has been the most stressful ,awful experience of my life , but Suzanne and you move have done there utmost to get me through this and not sure if I had chosen another estate agents I would have received this level of support . Suzanne has made me feel like I'm not going mad and things will work out and I sure hope they will . Cannot forget Jane either she has given me a lot of her time. Really hoping my house sale completes soon . But i thank the team at your move for getting through this traumatic last few months .
