Tenant Find: We organised the tenancy agreement, but the day to day running of the property is with the landlord.

Rent Collection: We organised the tenancy agreement and collect the monthly payments on behalf of the landlord, but maintenance of the property is with the landlord.

Fully Managed: We managed the whole process from organising the tenancy agreement, to sorting maintenance issues.
