Broadly speaking Your Move served me well. Selling my late brother's house was always going to be both emotional and hard work. Advertising with Your Move got me several people viewing within three weeks and three good offers at the end of that period. So a good job in that respect.
If i have one issue, it was with being kept up to date especially after the offer was accepted. The sale took a lot longer that I was given to believe by my solicitor and while that is in no way down to any inaction by Your Move, i felt they could have done much more in chasing and keeping me informed. Even a 'nothing has progressed this week" update is an update. I had to start chasing them for them to chase solicitors and get back to me.
