We recently viewed a property in Shipton and had the pleasure of meeting Tom, one of the agents. We loved the property, but ended up having an offer accepted on a different one. However, we wanted to say thank you SO much for your help Tom and for being the first agent we've had, show us a property and be what we call on our level! I didn't feel like I was going to get told off if I said something wrong or asked a question and it made the experience fun and less scary which as first time buyers, we appreciated a lot! So thank you!!! We came away from the appointment beaming and feeling excited for the first time in our house buying experience.

What can I say. We rented through Your Move Andover branch for just over 4 years. We had a few issues with the property along the way. But they have supported us every step of the way! Landlord sold the property and they went above and beyond to help us throughout the transition. Even having our backs getting our full deposit back. I would highly recommend them to anyone and sad we no longer rent through them. Only because the time we had to find somewhere just wasn't enough time to find a property through them. Trust me, we tried and they tried.

We recently bought a house where Your Move Andover were the selling agents, and I have to say, Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process. He stepped in where my own agent didn’t, consistently pushing the deal forward and keeping things on track. He even helped by contacting our managing agent when delays started to hold things up — something my own agent should have been doing. I genuinely wish we had known how good Your Move were compared to the agent we used. Tom’s professionalism, communication, and dedication were exceptional, while ours were, asleep at the wheel.
