We recently purchased our first home through Your Move Ashford and wanted to give a special mention to Jade, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was super helpful, and always quick to chase solicitors on our behalf, as well as the sellers. She consistently looked out for our best interests. Her communication was brilliant - even on her days off - and she made a stressful, lengthy process feel much more manageable. We genuinely can't thank her enough for helping us secure our first home. The reason I haven't given a full 5 starts is due to the recommended solicitors, who I am glad we didn't chose in the end but were working for the seller - Premier Lawyers. Unfortunately, they slowed the purchase down, were difficult for the seller to contact, and were not professional in their communication with our own solicitor. This wasn't a reflection on Jade at all, who remained proactive and supportive from start to finish. Overall, Jade was a pleasure to work with and Your Move were great on the estate agency side - just be cautious about the solicitor recommendation.
