I have had nothing but an exemplary service from Your Move as a company, but especially from Charlotte, who was the one handling my sale. She was always professional and helpful during my engagements with her but most importantly was a friendly person to speak with and this warmth was particularly appreciated during a process which can be incredibly stressful. Her knowledge and experience made this a fairly straightforward and hassle free experience, and Charlotte's phenomenal customer service really shone through in every engagement that I had with her, constantly ensuring I was kept up to date and in the loop with every development.
