I had a really positive experience with the Your Move lettings team from start to finish. They managed the checkout of the previous tenant, checkin of a new tenant and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the process. Communication was always clear, friendly and whenever I had a question, someone came back to me promptly. It made what could have been quite a stressful experience feel much easier, and I always felt that things were being looked after. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be the document review and signing process. It would be great if the digital system made it easier for landlords to review and approve the final tenancy documents before they are signed, as that would give a bit more visibility and confidence. Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received from the Your Move team and really appreciate all their help. Thank you for making the whole process so straightforward.
