I can highly recommend Ollie and his team at Your Move Beccles, they have been nothing but exceptional in my opinion throughout the sale of our property. I’ve thought long and hard to think of anything they did that we didn’t like, and honestly, there’s nothing. I wanted to leave a review because our dealings with estate agents on our three previous moves were far from perfect, in fact they were typical of what gets this business a bad name. Before meeting Ollie we had thought we would be using a different agency, however they were nothing like as professional or as realistic about the value of our property. We actually sold for more than they suggested it was worth and we are in a falling market. Anyone can sell properties for less than market value, because they generally sell themselves. Think about it, and if you want to achieve a realistic price then give Your Move Beccles a call, you won’t be disappointed. Having firstly chosen a far inferior competitor (Known as TW in the local area) as the valuation was slightly higher, I wished we'd opted for Your Move straight from the off.
