The staff were great. Worked with us throughout the purchase. Can't have asked more from them in terms of timely communication, professionalism etc. From a buyers perspective we don't think Your Move should charge for specific identity checks which seemed unreasonable as checks were already carried out by solicitors. Some negative stories about the company and its values are worth looking at. However, the staff we dealt with did their best. We're happy with our home but wouldn't use the company ourselves for sale.
