Myself and my partner had the pleasure of dealing with Mark, as first time buyers new to the whole experience we were very happy with the experience Mark provided. Nowadays people are too quick to judge the likes of estate agents and car salespeople but Mark was a breath of fresh air being the most honest, down to earth individual we’ve had the delight of working with. He answered all our questions, wasn’t pushy and went above and beyond to ensure we were both happy and understood the process we were going through. We haven’t finalised anything yet but we are still in touch with Mark who has continued to show enthusiasm and interest in our needs throughout. Would 10/10 recommend Mark to anyone to deal with.
