It was a difficult process for a number of unrelated reasons, but they demonstrated efficiency, wisdom and friendliness throughout. I dont often write 5 star reviews but in this case the way Rachel and the team helped make this happen by taking on matters and ensuring good communication with all parties, with patience and consistent friendliness meant this one is deserved.
