The service was great from the start, with viewings arranged very quickly. Danielle was always polite, friendly and professional when assisting with the viewings, and Daniel was also very helpful whenever I had questions. They were both helpful throughout the process. There were a couple of occasions when it was difficult to get through to someone on the phone, but when I did speak to the team, they were helpful and also assisted with liaising with the solicitors when needed. I had a very positive experience dealing with Gary. He was always available, helpful, friendly and professional throughout the sale, and I really appreciated how easy he was to communicate with. Everyone I dealt with at Your Move was also helpful and pleasant. The house sold very quickly, which was obviously a positive, and I was pleased with the result overall. However, I do feel that there could perhaps have been a little more proactive discussion around the marketing strategy and whether, given the level of interest from the beginning, we could have pushed the price further. As a seller, naturally you always want to achieve the best possible price, and I felt that I was the one pushing this side of the negotiation rather than the agency. That said, Gary himself was excellent and I would have no hesitation dealing with him again.

Daniel, Danielle and Ayca were absolutely brilliant throughout the sale of our house. At times it was an incredibly stressful process, one which took just over a year and the team were nothing but supportive since the day I called the office, they are highly responsive and diligent.
