I am so glad we chose Your Move Crawcrook when helping my mum to sell her home! Sale was agreed promptly at our asking price, to reliable buyers, and an onward chain negotiated calmly, enabling a completion in our preferrred timeframe- a reflection of the team's honest, hardworking and skillful service. Alex did the valuation and made an excellent, personable and straightforward impression. Megan accompanied the viewings with the buyers and also made an excellent impression, plus her follow up communication was ideal, always keeping us informed. Denise was always helpful, prompt and considerate on the phone. Hazel was reliable, communicative and very professional. I recommend and would use again. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that there was an error with our final bill which would have caused us to be charged twice in error for VAT if I had not spotted this. This was resolved by the team. Overall, I am very happy as this team treated our family and my mum's home of 40 years with kindness and professionalism and never made us feel rushed or taken for granted, in fact it was a very positive experience. Thank you all.
