From the start they were great, Alex attended the property quickly to give us a value and explain all the options, providing a pack with all the information we needed. Hazel, Katrina, Denise and Megan really went above and beyond for us during the house selling process, any questions we had during the conveyancing process they were always available to help us and help come to resolutions with any issues we faced with the solicitors. Really couldn’t have asked for a better service. We also viewed a number of properties with Katrina, Hazel and Denise, they were very knowledgable about each property and made us feel so at ease, their communication during the whole process was great

This is the second time I’ve used Your Move Crawcrook to sell a house, they are excellent. We had a few challenges with the second sale and, despite the usual poor service by solicitors, the team at Your Move managed to keep the whole thing on track. Within an hour of the property being launched the first viewing was booked and we received an asking price offer within five days of the property being launched by YM. They also gave us loads of useful signposting to other services we required for the transaction. And they are incredibly warm and friendly to interact with.
