At our initial meeting, she completely put my mind at ease — not only did she find a buyer, she found the right chain-free buyer and secured a price that far exceeded my expectations. What really stood out was how she advised me without ever telling me what to do. Having dealt with estate agents in the past and felt pressured into decisions, this was a refreshing change.
