We recently sold a beloved family home through the DARTFORD branch. As it was a bereavement we were all fragile and emotional throughout the process. The team who included STEVE, CAITLIN, ANITA & JESS and initially TOM who did the valuation treated us all with the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Everyone worked so hard for us and nothing was too much trouble for them. All calls and emails answered promptly. We were kept constantly informed of proceedings. CAITLIN managed to get the best deal on the asking price, and showed extra kindness and care to my sister-in-law who was selling the property. All very much appreciated by us. Your Move Dartford… a good move!
Sold our flat through YourMove and overall really happy with the service. Estate Agents, generally, can have a bad rep so we were a little dubious, but Tom was our first point of contact at the Dartford branch and was so friendly, down to earth and very complimentary of our home. Tom was receptive of our feedback when it came to how we wanted to market our property, from the photos we wanted to capture, right down to price.
Also want to give a shout out to Steve, the branch manager and Anita who is Dartford’s powerhouse 💪🏼, keeping on top of proceedings and relentlessly chasing solicitors and the other parties to get it over the line.
Knocking off one star as other agents often give their clients a gift on completion - whether it be a card, box of chocolates or a bottle of fizz - to congratulate which I personally think is a nice touch after 5 months of negotiations, a fairly substantial fee and an estate agency of Your Move’s size and stature (plus, we completed on my birthday!)
All that aside, I would recommend Your Move and would use their services again if ever I stomach the energy and grit to go through the selling process again!
