We recently sold a beloved family home through the DARTFORD branch. As it was a bereavement we were all fragile and emotional throughout the process. The team who included STEVE, CAITLIN, ANITA & JESS and initially TOM who did the valuation treated us all with the utmost kindness, patience and respect. Everyone worked so hard for us and nothing was too much trouble for them. All calls and emails answered promptly. We were kept constantly informed of proceedings.
