Suzanne and her team have been exceptional throughout the whole process of selling my late father’s property. Living in Derby and commuting regularly down to Deal in order to sort out my father’s estate has been difficult, and one morning I popped into Your Move to see if I could get an estimate on the property for probate purposes. Suzanne couldn’t have been more amenable and supportive and was able to fit me in around her lunch break to accommodate me! Once probate was granted, I sought out a few valuations from several local estate agents, one of them being a large well-known company. I found this company to be far too aggressive in their approach, whereas Suzanne and her team just wanted to assist me in making the right decision for myself. They never sought to direct me aggressively and although I know that they work on commission, they never made it feel like it was their main objective. It was easy from beginning to end! The company are very person-centred and having bought my property in Derby through Your Move, I know that it is an ethos that is woven into the fabric of their work ethic and customer service approach. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agents to work with. They clearly subvert the stereotypes that estate agents seem to have and really do care about their clients. A huge thank you to Suzanne and the rest of the team for making a difficult time so manageable.

I cannot recommend Suzanne and Jade enough. To say they have both gone over and above is an understatement. They have worked with me for over 2 years and finally, after all the complications with my ex partner, court cases, Suzanne accompanying us to very difficult and extremely challenging home visits, being the solicitors go-between, they got the sale over the line. Two wonderful people whose determination and commitment has enabled me to embark on the next chapter if my life and for that, I'm eternally grateful. It was far from anything any estate agent should ever have to deal with. I hope too that you both feel you are equipped to deal with any scenario you ever face in your estate agent career.
