Firstly I was unsure of using an estate agent due to many people giving bad feed back on rentals from high street agencies? Yes you do have to jump through hoops during your application procedure, ouch im thinking deposit first then viewing ! But after my first phone call and talking with Emma she put my doubts in the bin as she assured me they do things differently like viewing first, yes its a long old 3 weeks doing the online leg work and yes we hit a few hurdles but was advised clearly and told what we needed to do, every time we called we got a very professional person who knew the answers to every question asked, Big thank you to all the staff from viewing to signing.
