Our purchase saga
I have been in the process of buying a property through Your Move in Dudley. During this time I have been helped by Tony, Jake and other office staff. Tony and Jake especially have gone above and beyond to assist us and been so patient, I can't recommend them enough. Thank you both so much!

I would like to say a massive thank you to all the team at Your Move Dudley for their super efforts and continual hard work and dedication throughout our sales process. Jake was always very helpful but a special mention has to go to Tony the branch manager who was absolutely brilliant in getting our difficult sale to completion. He always went above and beyond anything I would have expected from an estate agent and I'm sure without his efforts our sale may not have happened. He was very helpful towards our buyer who was an elderly lady who was not too good with technology. tony offered her as much help as he could. We were also selling as leaseholders with a freeholder housing association involved which often complicated matters and slowed things down. Tony was very patient , helpful at all times and communicated between all parties letting everyone know the latest situation.
