This is not my first time selling with Your Move but the experience left me leaving a 5 star review the last time so I decided it was a no brainer to go with them again. When they gave me an estimate for the valuation of the house they also gave me additional contacts to help with engineers for a loft conversion. When the house was put on the market we had many viewings in the first week and our first offer was within a few weeks which we accepted. The process was simple and they carried out all the viewings without me needing to be there.

Kierran, Ian, and Matthew were all fantastic – knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. They showed me a wide range of options within my budget and never lost enthusiasm, even though it took a wee while to find the right project. As a first-time buyer, having their guidance and reassurance made a real difference. The service provided by both Ian and Mathew has been excellent throughout. We were always kept up to date with everything that was happening with the sale and due to their high standard of proactive management had very high activity in regard to viewings. Their professional support throughout the process made the sale of the property (at a good price) very easy indeed. We would recommend them to anyone selling a house in the area.
