I really rate YourMove Kingsthorpe. Most of all 'Muhtasin' my property manager. He has such a high volume of properties and people to look after, yet he doesn't treat you like a number. Hes really personable and thoughtful with his approach to things. I think he puts himself in your shoes and manages situations very carefully. He's been looking after my property for almost 2 years and I feel in such good hands which is a difficult thing to find. I've had a few issues with tenants, quite difficult moments and Muhtasin has handled everything really fairly, for me and for the tenants. Hes a considerate individual and puts in so much effort to take care of his customers. Couldn't ask for a better property manager and intend to stay with YourMove, because of him! Thanks Muhtasin, I really appreciate your efforts. Would like to say the sales team are very good, they work together to find the best tenants and best value for you're property. They turn things around really quickly when you are 'between tenants' to try & help you avoid a gap between rental income.
