She was very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable on all steps of the process and put us at ease in what was a stressful time. Your move are a good and ethical estate company and we have seen how other estate agents give conflicting information and withhold information but this company has not displayed any of this, rather the opposite, honesty and trust. The lady who assisted me was so lovely, and allowed me to sit down and voice my concern, despite my lateness coming in! I think her name was Layla, but i'm not 100% sure (sorry!!!).
