I completed on my purchase yesterday, and I’ve been very happy overall with the service provided by Your Move, particularly Tayla and Wes. From the initial viewing all the way through to completion, I never once felt frustrated with their service or responsiveness, which made the whole process far smoother than expected. They were consistently helpful in chasing up the various parties involved and keeping things progressing, which I really appreciated during what can often be a stressful time. Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always approachable and accommodating when I needed assistance. They handled interactions with the seller professionally and helped facilitate everything in a straightforward way. While I fully understand that, as estate agents, their primary responsibility is to the seller, I still felt that they were overall fair in their approach, which can be important from a buyer’s perspective. Overall, a smooth experience! Thanks once again to Tayla and Wes for their support throughout the process.
