Having interviewed A LOT of EAs before we made our decision Your Move Gravesend were the most competitively priced while still offering an outstanding level of personal service and commitment to your sale (including the aftersales service which was impeccable - with the SAME agent who handled our sale). The entire process we had a personal agent handling our sale (start to finish) who was always available (I mean ALWAYS available! Thank you Tayla for the messages from your holiday!) yet whoever we spoke to at branch was knowledgeable about our case and capable and happy to help, they clearly operate with a high level of efficiency and put customer service first. After our first sale fell through Tayla and the team worked TIRELESSLY getting us appropriate proceedable people through the door, and offering helpful non-pushy professional advice both in our sale and in negotiating our purchase, but also offering (above and beyond) a kind compassionate service, making an incredibly stressful process that bit easier, you really felt like they were emotionally invested!
