We were so pleased with YourMove! We were purchasing a house through them & can honestly say they were so good from all aspects. We met a few different agents around the area because of going round viewing a few different properties & yet no one quite stood out like Tayla Professional (yet with a nice casual approach) friendly & straight talking. She kept me in the loop with properties coming up on the market, settled my nerves if I was unsure about what I was viewing & was encouraging when I took the next steps to putting in an offer. I felt at ease going through the process with her I dealt with Tayla & Darren (Manager) throughout the buying process & they had our back from start to finish! Darren was the one to call me to let us know our offer had been accepted! You could tell how much they were both genuinely happy for us (not just because another house was sold but because of the relationship/contact was back & forth leading up to this point) Sacha also honestly was incredible leading up the last few days, I had never spoken to him AT ALL up until this point. Yet when I rang the office & needed help last minute to pull through to get over the line (just was unfortunate both Darren & Tayla were out of office that day) he helped like he knew me, just went above & beyond to make sure he had every detail sorted. I used this branch of YourMove to purchase a property locally in the area. The rep Tayla-Jayne Smith and site lead Sacha Dyer were both incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process - keeping the seller and ourselves engaged throughout the process, dealing with queries and having clarity lines of communications between parties to minimise disruption throughout the purchase process. On the day of completion the branch were incredibly supportive in chasing parties to minimise delays to key handover, taking much stress out of the process.
