They came and valued our bungalow took photos created a superb brochure advertized it and within 2 weeks we sold it the buyers backed out but another one of the original viewers stepped in to buy it All this was done through Alison pope at the Ilkeston branch My wife and I found her to be very bubbly and enthusiastic about her professional attitude to the job and personable when dealing with the prospective purchasers She comes over very friendly but not pushey We would not hesitate tohighly recommend these estate agents Just an added point she will put herself out to accommodate your plans and that too goes along way to build confidence for both buyer and seller This comes From Paul A Hamer
